      Half Hitchcock, half Hepburn

This "Enigma" can be called a combination of half Hitchcock and half Hepburn, which may be a bit unfair to director Stanley Dornan, whose "Singing in the Rain" is enough to show its status, but The film does have a very obvious brand of fatness from the title design to the creation of Cary Grant and the spy as "MacGuffin". However, due to Hepburn's joining, the whole article always exudes Hepburn's charming charm. There is indeed a lot of chemical reactions between him and Grant. The lines are...

Hepburn's charisma adds to the movie

      1. This was the first Hepburn movie I saw. I haven't watched "Roman Holiday", but after watching "Mystery Within Mystery", I feel that I should really consider watching "Roman Holiday".

      2. Hepburn's temperament is unique, beautiful, clean, refined and charming, and it lives up to its reputation! You can imagine how beautiful she will be in her 20s. (However, it seems to be too thin, and it seems to have a flat chest, huh, huh.)

      3. Cary Grant was handsome and suave when he...

      Fascinated by Hepburn

Stanley Dornan imitated Hitchcock's work. Of course, it was far inferior to Hitchcock in every aspect, but it still achieved a very successful box office. I think the biggest failure of the play was the use of Hepburn. Hepburn is too charming. So much so that viewers often ignore the film itself, and only pay attention to her individual existence...
The film adopts Hitchcock's reasoning and suspense style. Style, however, in terms of details, Stanley Dornan is obviously not good at...

Two famous protagonists can't save old boring movies

One way to test a movie's efficacy is to

Do you care about the safety of the protagonist?

I know the heroine is in danger but so what, has nothing to do with me

But when you watch other wonderful movies, such as some suspense movies, you are very curious about what will happen next, and you are worried about whether the protagonist will be in trouble (such as Hitchcock's Thriller heroine running away with money and...

      enigma within enigma

Mystery Within Enigma, though directed by Donen, could easily be mistaken for Hitchcock's masterpiece. After watching the mystery in the mystery, it is easy to think of North by Northwest of the Greek director. In fact, the reason is very simple. The film has too strong Hitchcock style, the same ups and downs and compact plot, elegant and spectacular location, humorous and worthwhile. Deep play lines, as well as the actor Cary Grant who also plays the role.
          If Cary Grant's acting...

Handing oranges, taking a bath in a suit, and "drowned in bed" laughing to death, the male protagonist gets more and more charming as he gets older Hepburn never said that he looks like a cute...

Very entertaining film, even a sleepy yawn wouldn't want to put it aside for a while. The whole film is full of suspense, cleverly set, and under the excellent control of Stanley Dornan, it shuttles freely between tension and lighthearted humor, and there is a degree of relaxation. On the other hand, thanks to Givenchy's graceful and elegant costume design, the film is literally a gorgeous fashion show for Audrey Hepburn....

    Determine the protagonist

Audrey Hepburn read the movie script of "Mystery in Mystery" and expressed interest in participating in the show, but hoped that Cary Grant would be the leading actor. After reading the script sent by Stanley Donen, Cary Grant also found it very interesting. He also said that the prerequisite for the role is that Audrey Hepburn will act as the heroine. However, he had a contract to fulfill at the time, so he could not participate for...

    Interaction before shooting

Because Audrey Hepburn and Cary Grant had never met before, Stanley Donen arranged for them to have a meal in a restaurant before the filming started. Audrey Hepburn and Stanley Donen arrived first. After Cary Grant arrived, Audrey Hepburn was too nervous. During the chat, due to too much hand movement, he overturned a bottle of red wine and spilled all the wine on Grant’s suit. Cary Grant was calm. He took off his jacket and handed it...

    Evaluation action

The style of "Charade" is very different from the movies of the same type. It boldly incorporates a humorous comedy color into the tension and suspense. Gary Grant and Audrey Hepburn work in harmony, and their affectionate styles seem almost real   . (Comment by "Jiangnan Times")
The style of the film is suspenseful but there is no lack of humor. The story has twists and turns, and the character performance and location processing are...

    • Adam Canfield: Heroin, peppermint-flavored heroin.

    • Reggie Lampert: Come in. I've got something that stings like crazy.

Alexander Dyle: You're the kind of girl who'd have something like that.

    • Hamilton Bartholomew: [watching Reggie light another one of his cigarettes, immediately after snuffing one out she had barely puffed] Do you know what these things cost over here?
