Women are the most complex creatures in the world

Originally, if the historical themes are well controlled, they can be epic and magnificent chapters, but a director who started out in horror films still lacks enthusiasm for this kind of themes.
Aside from the blood spraying and all kinds of meat sales that don't want money in this film, in fact, the film's shaping of the characters is still remarkable, especially for the setting of the two important female characters in the film.
The first is the vengeful "Wolf Girl" who led the...

      Don't confuse movies with history

After watching the movie, I read a lot of comments, and I felt that a large part of it was about how unreal the movie was, such as how too much blood plasma and only a few hundred people on the screen could kill the 3,000-strong Ninth Corps and the Ninth Corps. The formation is too low-level to be credible, etc. In fact, why do you need to be so demanding as a movie, a movie is a movie, and it has nothing to do with reality. The plot, pictures, characters, dialogue, etc. are good enough....

I watched "Centurion" - 5 points for war, 6 points for pursuit and 9 points for love

What kind of "Centurion" is this? Seeing that there are always people comparing this movie to Troy and Gladiator and then commenting on the failure of the movie, I really want to apologize for it. This is a Centurion, not any era or version of Gladiator.

In this vain age where the box office is determined by visual impact, the slaughter of war and glamorous beauties have become the main content of the poster. In fact, when I first watched this movie, I also expected to see a war epic,...

      The treatment of heroes

In 117 AD, the Roman Empire was expanding. But in northern Britain, expansion was hindered by the local barbarians, the Picts. Centurion Quintus (played by Michael Fassbender), who survived the Pictish attack, was appointed to lead the 9th Legion of the Roman Legion to annihilate the Picts. But the ninth army was still ambushed by the Picts, and the army commander General Velius (Dominic West) was captured. Quintus resisted the enemy desperately, and escaped with some people. They not only have...

      beautiful snow scene

It's a very good movie. Why are everyone's comments bad? I didn't want to watch it at first, but I watched it when I saw the beautiful snow scene in the movie poster.

The endless snow scene is so beautiful. The scenery is really beautiful and beautiful. At first glance, I feel that it was taken in a sparsely populated place in the Americas. I went to Jiuzhaigou, Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and Xinjiang with me. The feeling is very natural. I like this environment. The heroine is cool...

What is the origin of the actress who plays the savage woman in it? From the 007 girl who has no sense of existence, to the coy little French woman played by Ben Affleck, and then to this face-painted savage that people can't look directly at, I can't complain about her, she has grown a picture Chinese face. Fassbender is so catchy, with that calmness that doesn't...

The aerial footage is beautiful. The soundtrack is majestic and the rhythm is not bad. It can be regarded as an escape marathon in ancient costumes. But the plot is average and not full enough. You can take a look at the screen. You need temperament, art, and feeling. It’s not enough to achieve the realm of [Sparta] with a few packs of blood. Yes, this is a bit of a costume parasol, just like [Prince of Persia] has the meaning of costume...

    Movie plot

This film, also known as "Centurion", is based on the battle experience of a Roman Legions Centurion to objectively describe the mystery of the destruction of the Ninth Army of the Roman Empire . Generally, a corps has 3,000 to 6,000 people, and each corps has about 10 Centurions.
In 117 AD, the territory of the Roman Empire spanned Egypt and Spain, and extended to the east as far as the Black Sea. However, in northern Britain, the...

Horror film upstarts test the waters of historical themes
Speaking of the director and starring role of "Centurion", any one seems to be a reason to look forward to the film. They are not mainstream celebrities, but they have gained stable and loyal fans by virtue of their personal development direction. In 2005, a horror movie called " The Descent " became a hotly debated object by horror fans, and its director Neil Marshall also...

    Movie quotes

    • Brick: [finding Bothos injured] They've sworn a blood vengeance against us, and they won't rest until we beg them for death.

Centurion Quintus Dias: Are you ready to get on your knees and beg?

      Bothos: I'm finished. It's hopeless.

Centurion Quintus Dias: Hopeless? Hopeless is what they sing songs about, write poems about. Hopeless is the stuff of legend, Bothos, and being a legend will get you laid.

    • Arianne: If Etain is hunting you, you might as well be dead already.

      Centurion Quintus Dias: That's comforting.

Arianne: Her soul is an empty vessel. Only Roman blood can fill it.

    • Centurion Quintus Dias: Brick, put the fuckin' knife away.
