      scorching sun

Since 1989, we have not introduced Russian films very much. It seems that its meaning has become outdated, and the big brother of that year has long since disappeared. That being the case, wouldn't it be ridiculous to be obsessed with Soviet films back then? Not only that, but we continue to wag our tails and beg for pity. Seeing American blockbusters is like bones. At the beginning, for the sake of study, we bent down and bowed our heads, and today, for entertainment, we are digging holes all...

Where is the poisonous sun hiding?

"Scorching Sun" is also translated as "Poison Sun".
A picturesque summer day in the former Soviet Union during the Stalin period. Meadow, breeze, holidays, festivities, steam baths, dramatic comebacks, little girl-enjoyed "Santa Claus in summer", loud memories of childhood fun. . . . . Joy, everything is full of joy. Only the hands of the woman washing the cup were trembling, and the transparent water kept flowing—in the cup, in the faucet, was the panic because the footsteps of...

      What shades the soul?

After reading the first half, I really can't bear to continue, that aspirational rural life, paradise, I know that the story after that is evil, everyone is a victim, everyone is also a victim, lift a corner, but cover it with hands Eye. You're like a Swiss, rich but indifferent; no, I'm skinny but passionate, I'm a real gypsy...

Finally finished. Under the innocent smile of the girl and the swaying waves of golden wheat, there is always sadness lingering. The vague political...

      "Scorching Sun"

      "The Burning Sun"

In 1994, Nikita Mikhalkov shocked the world film circle with a "Poison Sun", which was well received in Cannes and won the Grand Jury Prize and the Catholic Humane Spirit Award.
This political-themed film does not directly criticize the former Soviet Union during the gloomy period of Stalin's purges, but in a seemingly peaceful and harmonious Soviet pastoral scenery, it hides its murderous intentions and subtly oppresses politics. The repression and despair...

No one can hide from the sun's rays

In the 1990s Russian film "The Burning Sun", the Red Army fighting hero Colonel Kotov, his wife Marusa, and his daughter Nadia lived a warm life in the beautiful countryside of the Soviet Union. But on the holiday of "Stalin's Hot Air Balloon Day", a sudden guest broke the original romance and peace. The person who came was none other than the adopted son of Marusa's father who had been missing for 10 years, Marusa's ex-fiancé Midia.

Just when you thought it was a love-hate love...

The background is the Soviet Union during the Great Purge under Stalin's rule. The slow-moving life is full of perils. The whole story is filled with a depressing atmosphere, like the burning sun, which is a symbol of the omnipresent centralized government, and an angel-like girl It's a huge conflict and contrast to the whole depressing atmosphere. The story is awesome, the actors are awesome, and the soundtrack is awesome. Great...

In an era, everyone is a victim, the middle class is, and so are the revolutionary heroes. There is no strength, those who are greedy for life and fear of death cry, and those who love the country are helpless and suffering. This film always hides cruelty and sadness in...

It's all about the subject matter. First, the use of symbols is unrestrained. Stalin's big head appears once is shocking, and it is tiresome if it appears repeatedly. The second is that the narrative efficiency is horribly inefficient. The first two hours were completely inaccessible to emotions, and the only emotional parting moment was buried by the endless progress of the plot afterwards. There is no problem in cutting off an hour. One more star is for the little...

    Movie plot

In the summer of 1936, people were enjoying the holiday commemorating the sixth anniversary of the launch of the "Stalin" hot air balloon. The Red Army commander and battle hero Kotov, his wife Marusa, and his youngest daughter Nadia came to the country house for vacation. This spacious and luxurious bungalow is the legacy of Marousa’s father, Boris, a famous musician during the Tsarist Russia period. Before lunch, a man with long hair...

    Evaluation action

"Burnt by the Sun", through the experience of the national hero Red Army Colonel Kotov, portrays the great pain caused to the people by the protracted "rebellion" campaign. The film does not use the cold tones and fierce struggle scenes that are used to portray political reality, but freezes the picture in the morning breeze wrapped in the fragrance of the country, the rolling golden wheat field, the singing of the mother, the sweet...
