Loneliness is a hotbed of delusion

BUG, the Chinese name is a movie from 2006.

It was downloaded because of the director’s good reputation and the consistent level of LIONGATE. After an hour and forty-five minutes... I only saw two delusions of self-immolation. Patient. A

small-cost movie, a MOTEL completes the climax and end of the entire story. Simply put, it is a story of a lonely woman and a lonely man who is deceived by delusions about bugs and dances to death.

Should we look for a theory for this poor woman about her entire life trajectory and finally going to desperation to prove that her choice is actually non-sensual madness. Perhaps, there is no such need at all. Because, from the perspective of this movie, she actually fell from a kind of rationality...

It's the world that drives us crazy

The name of the version I saw was translated as "Deadly Phantom/Insect Demon". The title itself is enough to give people a hint, there will be no physical, large, and cloud-obstructing insect pests in this film.

Another masterpiece by the director of "The Exorcist" is a classic of psychological horror films.

Agness is a tipical middle-aged crisis female character, divorced, economically low, living environment is poor, interpersonal relationship is almost non-existent, there...

      Delusional obscenity

I don’t know if the director has studied delusion in depth. He used trembling lens language to try to explain to the audience people’s superficial views on delusion. People’s understanding of people cannot be defined in words, and the nature of people is lonely and helpless. When the male and female protagonists do not meet, the death instinct of human nature (Freud theory) is latent and uncharacterized. When encountering a catalyst, this death instinct is strongly expressed, just like igniting...

      When "BUG" appeared...--

Because I saw the poster of "BUG" on Apple's website a year ago (early 2007)...I was very impressed, so I was always impressed. But did not think, that is the level of plasma B-piece .. this year not only spilled some blood .. numb the audience will buy it ... 8 (Do not you see

What attracted me to watch this film was that the director of this film not only added the yellow robe of the Oscar for best director,...

The translated name of "Boundless Holes" is more direct than the original English name "bug". The heroine's spirit completely collapsed without knowing it. Is this entirely attributable to the psychological projection of the environment on her? Thinking about it, it feels more and more serious. And the film's director William Friedkin threw a more serious "Killer Joe" a few years...

    Movie plot

Agnes is a single waitress who lives with her gay girlfriend RC in a run-down motel in Oklahoma. Everything in the past was full of darkness for her, and she still couldn't get rid of the psychological shadow brought to her by her ex-husband's tyranny and struggled painfully between nightmarish memories and pale reality. The loss of her son a few years ago also cast a duckweed of grief and self-blame on her psychology. More...

    Evaluation action

The film has the same style as the stage play version of the same name, and the setting is very simple. The hotel, five actors and uncomplicated special effects are the whole film. Obviously, William Friedkin didn't want to take the most disgusting and bloody horror route of mass entertainment. He turned the lens from the terrifying real world to the darker heart of the more terrifying character. The bug represents Peter's inner magic...
