Victor McLaglen (Victor McLaglen) was born on December 10, 1886 in Wells, England. His father was a priest. Worked as a professional boxer in Canada and an actor in a circus. He was the captain of the Irish Musketeers in World War I. He started acting on the screen in the early 1920s and moved to Hollywood in 1924. In 1935, he starred in " The Informer " and won the 8th Academy Award for Best Actor. He died of a heart attack in California on November 7, 1959.
