However, this thing has been described in the hands of Frank Capra more than 70 years ago. It has reached its peak, and it is its universality that makes it mediocre under the circumstance of the times and regions. It is a pity that this mediocrity is not in keeping with the theme of the movie eulogizing mediocrity.
