Of all the movies about cops fighting the underworld, there's really nothing new in the story of "Justice Killing," despite the nearly impeccable performances of the two big-name stars.

Rooster: You know what I think about before I pull the trigger? I think about the infield fly rule. I love that fucking rule. It assumes the worst of everybody.
