Tim Johnson
He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of South Dakota in 1969 and 1970. From 1970 to 1971, he did research at The University of Michigan . In 1975, he received a doctorate in law from the University of South Dakota. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2004. Poor health.
