First of all, please don't watch a wonderful drama, it's not a gorgeous palace "show off the wealth" nor a great epic, but it doesn't make people feel boring to turn off the screen.

Too bad, I wasted 2 hours, the plot is inexplicable, the soundtrack seems to be smashed on the head with a hammer, all the actors except Coleman have no bright spots, shoddy production, and the wide-angle lens is dizzy.

09/03/2018, Telluride. Human's longings, weakness, and blindness are universally alike throughout the ages. Highly stylized and hilariously deadpan. Exquisite visual language and impeccable soundtrack. The titles of each part of the film are also interesting. Emma Stone's sinister little bitch was good, but overshadowed by the other actors. Rachel Weisz is so beautiful and charming. Nicholas Hoult is cute and flamboyant. A couple of long shots of Olivia Coleman's face are nice, her heartbreak and confusion are moving. When watching the movie, I hope that the movie will not end and can continue to watch. However, their palace fights are too childish. :D
