This is a ZZ thriller played by the BBC with its own knife. It was a little boring at the beginning of a six-episode short series, but the character of Freddie Lyon is too impressive and definitely bright, and his opening sentence "And, you haven't seen my best yet" is quite shocking. . . As a British drama, the lines are as refined as ever.
