Most of the plot is a little boring and a little tacky.
The screenshot is what I think is the core output of the play (only my personal opinion). People who clamored for AIDS to be made up to deceive people, and those who just live comfortably, are actually fearful in their hearts.

"Thanks" to AIDS
The emergence and outbreak of AIDS, to some extent, accelerated the whole world's more scientific or rational understanding of the "gay" group.
Perhaps without AIDS, most people will always be obsessed and selectively give this group some "diseases".
But when the disease became a global public health...
