  • Shane West (Shane West), formerly known as Shannon Bruce Snaith, was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA on June 10, 1978, an American actor. He has published films such as " Liberty Heights " and "Get Over It". [1-3] 

    Early Experience

    Shane West was born in 1978 in Baton Rouge , the capital of Louisiana in the United States . His mother Leah Catherine is a lawyer, and his father Don Snaith is a pharmacy born in Jamaica. Both parents are musicians and have their own punk band. His mother gave him French ancestry. He is the eldest of three children, with a younger sister, Simone, and a half-sister, Marli Ann. His parents divorced in 1982 when he was only four years old. Influenced by his parents, he grew up listening to songs by The Clash, The Jam, Blondie, The Kinks and singer Elvis Costello. He once revealed: "I always think I will do music instead of acting." 
    At the age of 10, Shane West moved to Compton, California with his sister Simon and his mother, and her mother was always looking for a better job. After that, they moved to Norwalk, California. When Shane West was 15-16 years old, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. There he struggled for two years and lived in his manager's house. In 1995, he made his debut in the TV series "Picket Fences" (Picket Fences).

    Performing Experience

    In 1998, Shane West guest starred in several TV series, including " Buffy the Vampire Slayer " (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) and the movie "The Cider House Rules" (The Cider House Rules). In 1999, Shane West ushered in his first major role, playing Eli Sammler in the TV series "Once and Again" by American Broadcasting Corporation, Inc , and played three consecutive seasons.

The film was a commercial success, winning more than $1.79 million in box office worldwide with a budget of $780,000. A year later, he participated in NBC's long-running medical drama " ER ", playing Ray Barnett, and participated in the premiere of the eleventh season.
    In May 2007, Shane West left the "ER" crew at the end of the thirteenth season and went to the crew of Supreme Courtships. In October 2008, Shane West returned to "ER". In the free time between the two seasons of "ER", Shane West filmed the film " What We Do Is Secret " (What We Do Is Secret, 2007).     Band experience
    Shane West is the lead singer of the punk rock band Jonny Was. The band was previously called Average Jo. The band had to be renamed Jonny Was due to legal reasons. The band also wrote the episode "So What Does It All Mean" for the movie " A Walk to Remember ". They described their band as "a pop-punk type band, more Green Day-ish". In November 2005, Shane West began touring with the famous band The Germs. He has cooperated with the band for nearly five years and completed the U.S. tour (including the 2006 Warped Tour. Note: Warped Tour is a large open-air tour held annually in the United States). Music festival performances, and holding extreme sports events, constitute a comprehensive outdoor music festival) and European tour. He described the experience as "more exciting than acting." However, after starring in "Nikita", Shane West has less time to play on the team. His last performance was in December 2009.
