Roy Chiao, named Ji Kan, stage name Roy Chiao, and later walked under the stage name, was born in Linfen, Shanxi in 1927 in Shanghai. His father, Qiao Yisheng, and his mother, the Li family, have three half-brothers (the Shi family) (brother Yonghe, sister Yu, Ying Zhu), who enrolled in Shanghai Meitong College when they were young. Because of this, his daughter was often teased by classmates in school, saying that her father specializes in rape. She is an adulterous woman. Her daughter complained to her father sadly. For many years, Roy Chiao lived in a rented house and never bought a home. A few years ago, because his house was mainly recovered and the lease was terminated, he tried to buy his own home. He liked a bungalow and wanted to get a loan from the bank. When the bank wanted to see his deposit records, he took the passbook to the bank clerk. Even the bank clerk could not believe that his deposit was only 700 yuan. However, God prepared for him that the relocation expenses paid by the owner of the rented house were just enough to buy him the first installment of the bungalow, and he would have his own residence.
