How does an unknown little person learn to vote, how to gain power through elections, how to use voters, how to use power to the extreme, and how to pretend! An example of using democracy to lead to tyranny, but the tyrant was assassinated to death, not through the self-purification of democracy itself, which is amazing! The film is a bit boring, and some of the plots are a little far-fetched, but the implication is profound and alarming.
