Write to Robert Altman
When I learned about Robert Altman's death last night, I was stunned, shocked, and wanted to cry.
This lovely old man, I saw him a month ago.
He used to be so close, and suddenly he went to the other side of the world.
It was a small Q&A at A Prairie Home Companion, and I skipped class to revisit... -

Hmm not a movie review
I watched this purely to watch LL at first, well, I'm a little girl. Then, as some film critics said, this film exudes strong nostalgia and helplessness for the beauty of the past.

Ultraman's last work, a gentle curtain call, a simultaneous farewell on stage and off the field. Sadness and humor are intertwined, and each character is so amiable. Although I haven't watched the radio show of the same name, it seems that I have gone through 30 years with the people in the play, and finally there is a time when the song ends. The host and creator of the show personally polished the script over and over again, and the filming location was also the real Fitzgerald Theatre. The music performances were all filmed and recorded live. Aunt May sang very well. She and Lily Tomlin sang [My Minnesota Home ] and [Goodbye To My Mama] straight to the soul, Woody Harrelson and John C. Reilly interpretation of the three rap jokes [Bad Jokes] cowboy combination is hilarious. Lindsay Lohan's vocals and Virginia Madsen's "Dangerous Woman" (who flipped over after hearing a funny joke and turned into an angel that both comforts and transports people) were also amazing. The VP, played by Kevin Kline, is in charge of making jokes in a serious manner. Ventilator and artificial sound effects are revealed on the spot. Ultraman has made countless TV series in his career, and he loves group dramas, musicals and westerns. This is indeed the perfect curtain call. (9.0/10)

Grimly on the sidelines, biting fingers for a lifetime, and finally playing with warmth before dying

Al, Stage Manager: Hair, right?

Yolanda Johnson: It's an old Carter family song, right?
Lola Johnson: A what?
Yolanda Johnson: Carter family, sweetheart. Just like us, only famous.
