    Early Experience

    Rachel Alice Marie Sgaton was born on April 23, 1985 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He studied dance at the Royal Academy of Dance since childhood , and won the highest honor of basic dance in 1999. Later, due to an ankle injury, he was forced to give up dancing and turn to the highly competitive women's hockey event as a goalkeeper. After graduating from high school, he entered the prestigious Queen's University in Canada , majoring in English Literature and Classical History. When he was young, he made guest appearances in several films and entered the show business after graduation.

    Performing Experience

    After she was spotted by scouts on a TV show commemorating her father Dr. Stan Skarsten, she played some regular roles in TV dramas, such as "Little People"   , and then got Black , the protagonist of the Warner Bros.   TV series " Birds Of Prey " Canary . After filming, Rachel completed a double degree in English Literature and Classical Studies at the prestigious Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario . After that, she continued her acting career, appearing in " Los Angeles Apartment ", " Flashpoint ", " The Listener ", as well as Canadian independent films "Servitude   " and "Two Hands To Mouth   ".
    In 2013, she became popular as Tamsin in the Canadian TV series " Lost Girl ". In 2015, she played Andrea in the movie " Fifty Shades of Grey ". In 2015, he became a regular actor in The CW Television Network series " Reign ", playing Elizabeth Tudor .
    In 2019, played the main villain Alice ( Beth Kane ) in the TV series " Batwoman " . 

    Personal Life

    Rachel’s father died of pancreatic cancer when she was 9 years old. He grew up with her mother and her 6-year-old brother Jonathan Skyton. They were the two most important people in Rachel’s life.
