    Character Evaluation

The animated film "Despicable Me" followed the traditional characteristics of American cartoons to entertain the audience, and conquered the audience with its funny and humorous features. Directors Pierre Coffin and Chris Renaud boldly used a straightforward and first-person term like "despicable me" as the title of the animated film. People can't help but sigh the director's bravery, which made the audience full of this animation. Looking forward to the end. Moreover, although the story of the film falls into the cliché, the director still gives people a refreshing feeling through the use of various humorous techniques, wild imagination and ups and downs of the plot. At the same time, the funny clips of the film are not so new and novel, but the richness of the means is unprecedented. The director applied the current popular humor methods one by one and made some innovations, using methods such as sudden change, contrast, and anti-hero .
