Ryan Murphy was under 40 when he made this film! As far as the core of the story is concerned, even the United States and terror are not as dark as this one. Great set! After that, he took out the innocent part and made it into Glee, made the fantasy into beauty and terror, and made his early struggles and belated relief into Pose.
