In my opinion, it is very general, or even less than general.
To be clear in advance, I can't watch the fourth episode only, so the following evaluation is not responsible for the rest of the plot.
In the play, Victoria's nose is too dramatic (although she has never been in a play), whether it is naive or stubborn, I can only be attracted by the Queen's nose....
