LA in the 1980s looks exactly like the skyline of today. When I started watching it, I just thought I liked Jack's character very much and admired Suzie's rather unrestrained manner; after an hour, I suddenly realized that it was another story about pursuing a dream blahblah. Fortunately, the shots are delicate and the picture is quite beautiful (even if the filming is in a vulgar hotel), and because it is viewed after a bad future, it is even more valuable. Why am I only able to discover this classic?
