The atmosphere is quite good, and Irons' performance is also very suitable. Many points and settings coincide with Kafka's work. The whole film has a tone that is mixed with a blurred atmosphere, but the bite is too tight. After entering the castle, it turns into color, especially when it comes to color.

Soderbergh's films have never let me down in terms of cinematography, lighting, editing, etc.; the black and white parts are beautifully shot. I don't know much about Kafka and his works, so the plot is not good for evaluation. If you watch it as a feature film alone, the shooting level, performance and story are all very good, and it is worth recommending.
