Performing Experience
Lauren Helen Graham was born in Hawaii on March 16, 1967, and grew up in the northern Commonwealth of Virginia . When I was a child, I lived on the islands of North Pacific , but as my father moved to work, he moved back to West Virginia. When his parents divorced at the age of 5, he was raised by his 28-year-old father alone.
The small world of the father and daughter is dominated by typical male pragmatism. There is no mother decorating the house, cooking meals, or making a dress for the little girl. But her father reads to her every night and takes her to theaters, museums, concerts, restaurants and recitals. Lauren's father successfully taught her the true value of being fair, courteous and disciplined.
When Lauren talks about her childhood and her father, one can clearly feel her admiration and love for her father. She also described her home as " The Odd Couple " (bachelor pad).
