Dreyfus: It is my job to protect the Pink Panther. You've merely been re-assigned to the Dream Team.

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Oh, that is quite an honor, but I cannot accept.

Dreyfus: What?

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: If Inspector Clouseau were to leave France, the Tornado would surely strike at the Pink Panther!

Dreyfus: *I'm* guarding it!

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: But...

Dreyfus: Don't argue! You fly to Kyoto in the morning!

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: But I can't fly!

Dreyfus: [yells in frustration] In a plane!

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Oh, but still...

Dreyfus: That's an order!

[Clouseau salutes Dreyfus before leaving his office]

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Nicole...

[Nicole picks up the flight ticket from Clouseau's desk]

Nicole: Oh. You are traveling?

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Ah yes. Inspector Dreyfus is sending me on a very dangerous mission.

Nicole: For how long? When will you return?

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: I will return when the criminal is caught; it could be a month, it could be a year. You understand, Nicole?

Nicole: Yes, yes of course.

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Of course, we will have to stay apart. If the criminal were to say, kidnap me, he would have power over me.

Nicole: Why would he have power over you?

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: Well... because... because, uh... well... you are like a brother to me.

Nicole: Oh.

Insp. Jacques Clouseau: A hot, sexy brother in a dress.
