  • Kenneth Tsang (Kenneth Tsang), born in Hong Kong on September 2, 1934, was born in Zhongshan, Guangdong, and is a Hong Kong film and television actor.
    In 1955, he starred in the film "Birds of the Same Age", the actor first entered the film and television circles, and then went to the University of California, Berkeley to study architecture [1]  . He made his official debut in 1964 as the actor in " The Big Circus ". Since 1972, he has participated in television performances. In 1983, he was familiar with audiences in mainland China because he played the role of Huang Yaoshi in " The Legend of the Condor Heroes " [2]  . In 1987, he played various supporting roles in John Woo 's series of Jianghu movies from " A Better Tomorrow " . Since 1998, he has appeared in many Hollywood films such as " The Replacement Killers " [3] . Since 1993, he began working with the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, 2007 with " De Ling and Empress " Rong Lu won the corner of Sixteenth Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Supporting Actor [4] . In 2011, with " OverHeard 2 ", he won the Ming Pao Weekly "Most Outstanding Actor" Acting Motivation Award. In April 2012, he was nominated for "Best Supporting Actor" at the 31st Hong Kong Film Awards [5] , and in May was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 12th Chinese Film Media Awards. In 2014, he won the 13th Huading Award "National Audience's Favorite Movie Star" [6]     . In 2014, he participated in the star outdoor reality show " Figure " (China version) produced by Shanghai Dragon TV [7]  . On April 19, 2015, Kenneth Tsang won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 34th Hong Kong Film Awards for " Overheard 3 ". [8]  In August 2015, he was slapped by Patrick Tse at the reception of " Four Niches Going to Travel " . [9] 
    In 2016, he participated in the filming of the TV series " Justice Bao " starring Ethan , Matthew , Zhang Zhi Xi and Nie Wenyuan [10] . Starring in " Daily Fantasy " in 2019 . [11]  

    Early Experience

    Kenneth Tsang studied at Hong Kong Wah Yan College, Hong Kong . He appeared on the screen in early 1955 and starred in the Hong Kong film "Birds of the Same Age" directed by Qin Fuji . Later, he went to the University of California, Berkeley to study architecture. After returning to Hong Kong, he worked as a mapping surveyor for three years and then switched to the projection circle .   

    Performing Experience

    In 1955, he played the leading role in the movie "Birds of the Same Age" and first entered the film and television circles. In 1964 he starred in-law Chen Jian, director of the movie " at The Big Circus " actor   , the official debut. Joined Hong Kong Radio in 1972 and starred in the TV series " Below the Lion Rock Series " as Gao Dingtian   . Joined Commercial Televsion in 1975 and starred in a supporting role in a TV series.
    In 1975, he tried his role as a director and directed "Don't Afraid to Wear a Fringe Hat". After Jiashi ended in 1978, he switched to Li TV (the predecessor of Asia Television Limited ) . In 1979, he and Jackie Chan co-directed the " Laughing Fist ". In 1982, he switched to Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) . In 1983, he appeared in the role of Huang Yaoshi in the TV series " The Legend of the Condor Heroes " and became familiar to audiences in mainland China   .
    Participated in " A Better Tomorrow " in 1987, " The Killer " in 1989, and " The Adventurers " in 1991, creating a series of classic supporting roles in John Woo movies.
    "The Great Times " , which he participated in in 1992, has become a generation of Hong Kong classic TV series. In 1993, he began to cooperate with Hong Kong Repertory Theatre and performed the stage play "Others' Money". In 1998, he participated in the stage play " Lilja 4-ever " produced by Stan Lai Performance Workshop in Taipei .
    He starred in " The Replacement Killers " and " Anna and the King " in 1999, " Rush Hour 2 " in 2001, and " Die Another Day "   in 2002. He appeared frequently in Hollywood movies.
    In 2005, he joined hands with Jiao Yuan to try the musical " Impression Suzie Huang ". In 2007, he played Rong Lu in the stage play " De Ling and Empress Dowager "   and won the 16th Hong Kong Drama Awards for Best Supporting Actor   .
    In 2011, he participated in " OverHeard 2 "   and was nominated for Best Supporting Actor in the 12th Chinese Film Media Awards and the 31st Hong Kong Film Awards for Best Supporting Actor. In 2014, he appeared in the sequel " Overheard 3 "   .
    In 2016, he participated in the filming of the TV series " Justice Bao " starring Ethan , Matthew , Zhang Zhi Xi and Nie Wenyuan 
    On November 24, 2019, the TV series " Interpol's Overseas Operations " starring Kenneth Tsang held a launch conference in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. 
    On January 6, 2020, the urban romantic drama " Fairyland Lovers " that he participated in was broadcast   .
    April 9, 2021, starred in the movie "Super Me" on Ying ; September 19 , starred in the comedy film cure " Daily Fantasy " released in the country ; October 8, anti-crime film starring Hong Kong-style " at The " Attorney " is broadcast online , and he plays the villain Zeng Guoshan in the film .     

    Personal Life

    Originally from Zhongshan, Guangdong, Kenneth Tsang was active in the Hong Kong film industry in the 1970s. He is the brother of student lover Lin Cui (formerly known as Zeng Yizhen) and the uncle of Hong Kong singer Linda Wong  .
    Kenneth Tsang has experienced three marriages. The first wife was the late actress Zhang Laidi , who had a son after marriage. The two divorced after 10 years of getting along; the second wife was a columnist and famous model Deng Gongbi . She has a daughter, Zeng Muxue , and this marriage also lasted only 10 years. The current wife is Chiao Chiao, a famous actor and senior voice actor in the past. The two married in the Republic of Singapore in 1994 and now live in Hong Kong  .
