In 1959, he performed the show "The Season of Choice" on Broadway and entered the film industry. In 1961, he made his debut on the screen in the film "The Catch of Gangsters". In 1963, his outstanding performance in the film " David and Lisa " won the Best Actor Award at the San Francisco Film Festival and the Best Newcomer Award at the Golden Globe Awards . In addition, he also starred in " 2001: A Space Odyssey " and other films.
