Based on my fondness for "Waltz with Bashir" and Israeli director Ali Foreman, perhaps I had high expectations for his new work "Le Congrès", and I was a little disappointed in the movie. The most outstanding part of this film is the "concept" and "form", but the overall rhythm is out of control. Although there are bright spots in the animation part, the sense of contradiction with the real part is too obvious, resulting in a serious drama. A work of uncontrollable ambition.
