It's still a bit rushed, there is span but depth is lacking. Grandma's final optimism elevates the theme a lot.

Why do I think the storyline can't support such a heavy historical background? In contrast, the story appears to be more monotonous and shallow. And where does Ralph look like a Jew? 3.5 stars.
