The best film in my mind is still unsurpassed. It is full of timelessness, lonely protagonists and peculiar stories. The texture of the film is subtle, like a mellow wine with endless aftertaste. This is a gentle fairy tale. Daisy’s daughter was in her mother’s ward and read the postcards that Benjamin had written to her that would not be sent, "I want to be your father.
