  • The Godfather of Punk, The Iguana is the godfather of Punk Music , because any current or past punk band has borrowed and inspired from the band Stooges he established in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
    The Godfather of Punk, The Iguana, formerly known as James Newell Osterberg (James Newell Osterberg), was born in 1947. Out of his love for rock music, he began to learn to play drums and formed his first band Iguanas in the early 1960s. Pop fell in love with Blues at the Rolling Stone Company , and created a music style similar to Blues, named Prime Movers.
