Have to praise the wonderful! Thirty years ago, the TV series were so exciting. The actors are not inferior to those in the movie. In particular, the mentality of spy fighters from the humble country who was once the sun never set empire reduced to the nose of the American cousin after the war was vividly expressed. After all, 007 is an entertainment toy that can only appease the general public. This is the perfect reproduction of the Cold War spy. After watching it again, I am deeply impressed by the ending.

      Is there a second season?

    Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy quotes

    • George Smiley: You heard something about his

      [Peter's]

George Smiley: murderous assignment in French North Africa, I suppose?

      Mendel: Something. Whispers...

George Smiley: Peter was overmatched and he lost. His agents were hanged. No one recovers entirely from that sort of thing. That is, I wouldn't trust a man who did.

    • George Smiley: Ever bought a fake picture, Toby?

Toby Esterhase: I sold a couple once.

George Smiley: The more you pay for it, the less inclined you are to doubt its authenticity.
