i lost my body
"I" does not refer to a person, but to a severed hand that has lost his body. This film is like a confession of a hand. In the early days, director Jeremy Crapan also tried to give the film other names, such as: "I Lost a Hand", "I Find My Body", "I Saw My Hand". But finally decided to choose "I...

8/10. The two lines of the boy and his hand are parallel, and finding the body by the hand seems to be a symbol of self-searching. The boy got nothing in the end. Life did not go as smoothly as he imagined. He lost his parents and buried his dream of becoming a pianist and astronaut in order to send pizza to a living until he met the girl he liked. In order to get close to the girl, he went to do carpentry (and so on) schoolchildren, and personally cast her dreams. The girl knew that everything was his design and left in anger (the brain circuit here is a bit long, why does the girl dislike what he did so quickly). After that, he accidentally lost a hand while working...Every time a fly appeared, it heralded bad luck. As he said, everything is destined, and real life is an irrational decision, like a crane (or something) that suddenly jumped from the top of a building to a distance-he did it. But that's it. An irrelevant jump is a challenge to his established destiny. The ending is very touching. My own life is nothing more than looking forward to moving away from the routine. It is the only romance I think of, and it is like freedom to escape from imprisonment. 05/09/2019

[Screening at the Busan Film Festival] In recent years, many foreign adult animations have been amazing in both reality and fantasy. And this film is a combination of the two. A flying fly, a severed hand, becomes the main imagery throughout. The story is unremarkable wishful thinking, even a bit cliché. However, the fantasy setting of Broken Hand trying to return to the owner (the delivery boy) during the adventure along the way, and the editing method of flashing back and reviewing the owner's life are ingenious, coupled with the form of 2D style and 3D animation, the film is very brilliant .
