      Pride and Prejudice

One of my favorite films, the 1940 version is not bad.
I like Mr. Bennett very much. He is very funny, humorous, and a good father. He is also very tolerant and understanding of Mrs. Bennett. It must be unbearable for many men. Mr. Bennett is a good husband and a good father. He likes him. . . ....s

Giants also love tall, rich and handsome

Compared with the original book, the arrogance and prejudice in this version is obviously more cheerful than many Americans and less noble in England. The ending is also quite similar to the original book. Lady Catherine actually likes lizzy secretly, hehe, Americans Filming is to avoid the happy...

The ending is weird, but the heroine likes it more than 9505, still old

Happy ending is the Achilles heel of too many artists of all kinds, and it's the same for this drama. I only like the father and Lady Catherine inside. Wickham and Lydia are more in love than Bentley and Jane, although there is no love in this play.

    Pride and Prejudice quotes

    • Mrs. Bennet: Oh! And, Jane, if Mr. Bingley should suggest a stroll before dinner, don't refuse. For instance, they just delightfully secluded walks in those shrubberies around that field.

      Jane Bennet: Yes, Mama.

Elizabeth Bennet: [looking up at the storm clouds approaching] There won't be much strolling today, Mama.

Mrs. Bennet: Oh, dear me! I'm afraid you're right! Oh! And I had such hopes for those shrubberies!

    • Caroline Bingley: Oh, you didn't come alone, I hope.

      Elizabeth Bennet: All alone.

      Caroline Bingley: But how shocking!
