    Ed Harris, whose full name is Edward Allen Harris (Edward Allen Harris), was born on November 28, 1950 in Englewood , State of New Jersey , and grew up in a middle-class family. His father, Bob Harris, ran a bookstore and once did harmonies for the Fred Waring Orchestra; mother, Margaret Harris, was the agent of the travel agency; there was an older brother and a younger brother in the family.
    In 1965, Harris attended Tenafly High School in State of New Jersey, where he was a sports star, playing baseball and football.
