Watch this movie with a love mind

      It's not a film review.

There is a fixed genre in Hitchc’s movies that often makes me feel weird and funny.

Hitchcock sent a postcard of Riviera scenery

There was a time when I was addicted to Hollywood films in the 1950s and 1960s. When I got home from get off work during the day, I turned on my computer and walked through the fog of time in the dark twilight, trying to explore the brilliance of Hollywood's post-golden age. 7.3/10. ①The thief male protagonist who washes his hands in a golden basin is suspected to be related to several recent thefts. In order to prove his innocence, he avoids the pursuit of the police, searches for the real murderer himself, and falls in love with the female protagonist he met in the process. ② Impressive passages: a sideshow montage of the male and female protagonists kissing the fireworks; the part where the male protagonist was restrained and fought with him was lit up in green to express the sense of horror and (conspiracy) corruption; similar to "The Corpse Case" The suspense story is romanticized, and the colors are bright and lively, among which the color palette of the masquerade is especially bright and rich. ③ This piece of suspense and love is not well integrated, and the rhythm is relatively slow.

    To Catch a Thief quotes

    • H. H. Hughson: How many did you kill?

John Robie: 72. But, I know something that'll please you: none of them were insured.

    • Jessie Stevens: [referring to John] Handsome. I wouldn't mind buying *that* for you.
