American film actress. Born on May 16, 1955 in Cleveland , State of Ohio . I studied sociology at the University of California .
Performed on stage in Los Angeles in the 1970s. In 1978, he first appeared in the film "Thank God, It Was Friday". In 1982 she became famous with the film " Triumph in the Skies ". In 1984, she and Shirley MacLaine 's " Paris LOL " won the Oscar for Best Picture, she was nominated for the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress and the Golden Globe; the American Film Critics Association awarded her best female Actor award.
