Not bad, the TV series are as beautiful as the movies, very enjoyable, the soundtrack is also good, and the magical storyline is also what I like. It’s just that every episode looks like a life-and-death situation that makes my heart a little bit too nervous, and it’s too nervous, especially the...

Dean O'Gorman
Dean O'Gorman, New Zealand actor. Born in a family of landscape painters in Auckland in 1976. He has been active in the film and television industry in New Zealand since he emerged at the age of 14, and has performed well in popular local dramas such as "Young Hercules" and "The Almighty Johnsons". Since 2011, he has received widespread attention for participating in the filming of the " The Hobbit " trilogy.
Performing Experience
In 1990, 14-year-old Dean O'Gorman officially started his acting career. He starred in two TV movies "The Rogue Stallion" and "Raider of the South Seas". In the following two decades, he was born as a child star and has been active in New Zealand television and has become a popular star in China.
In 1995, Dean appeared in his first movie "Youth Over Flowers" as the actor. His brilliant performance in this youth romance film won him a nomination for best actor at the Italian Giffoni Film Festival at the age of 19.
In 1996, he played a young healthcare worker in the New Zealand soap opera "Shortland Street"
Member Harry Martin. During the same period, he also appeared in "Hercules" and "Xena" many times. It is worth mentioning that in the 1998 fantasy comedy " Young Hercules ", he played one of the protagonists, Lolaus, and also played with Opie .
In 2001, he starred in the thriller "Snakeskin", which won five trophies at the New Zealand Film and TV Awards that year.
In 2011, he joined the magical TV series " The Almighty Johnsons " produced by South Pacific Productions , and starred in the lead actor's brother Anders Johnson. The play has caused great repercussions at home and abroad in New Zealand. The handsome and golden Anders, who also has a chic yuppie vigor, has gained a lot of popularity for Dean. This can also be regarded as one of his most representative works. On July 4, 2013, the third season was officially released, and the original crew returned.
From 2012 to 2014, he played a blond young dwarf Fili in the famous director Peter Jackson 's epic magical masterpiece " The Hobbit " trilogy. This has also made Dean O'Gorman and Aidan Turner, who played his brother Kili in the film, become popular brothers, and their popularity has skyrocketed worldwide. But Dean took a lot of trouble to receive this role. He first auditioned for Thorin (the dwarf king in the film, Fili and Kili's uncle), and eventually the role was given to British actor Richard Armitage . Later, Fili's original actor Rob Kasinski ("True Love Is Like Blood") withdrew from the crew due to personal reasons, and he got this opportunity. In fact, Dean O'Gorman, as a New Zealand native actor, did not disappoint the Middle-earth fans all over the world.
In addition to acting, Dean O'Gorman is also an artist and photographer (this is very similar to Viggo Mortensen ). In an interview, he revealed that in the first year of his development in Los Angeles, he had experienced a huge blow in his career and was almost bankrupt. Fortunately, with the support of friends, he quickly regrouped and fully allocated his energy to artistic creation, photography and performance. From June 19th to 23rd, 2012, Dean held his first solo photography exhibition at Page Blackie Gallery in Wellington. The theme of this photo exhibition is portraits of the Vietnam War, conveying his exploration of human nature. In order to keep improving in his works, he even sought the opinions of many New Zealand Vietnam War veterans. What’s interesting is that Dean O’Gorman invited him to be his “model” this time. Many of the guys he met on the crews of “The Hobbit” and “The Almighty Johnsons” (Aidan Turner, Adam Brown, Lu Evans, etc.).
