Cher (Cher), whose real name is Cherilyn Sarkisian, was born in California, USA on May 20, 1946, an American film and television actress and pop singer.
Cher's musical achievements were mainly in the 1960s and 1970s. Her song styles ranged from the popular songs of the girl group in the 1960s to the folk songs of Jackie Deshannon , and then to the popular music of Dusty Springfield style.
Her achievements in the music, TV series and film industries include an Oscars , a Grammy Award, an Emmy Awards and three Golden Globe Awards .
