"Apocalypse Now" is a film set in the Vietnam War, directed by Francis Ford Coppola , starring Martin Sheen , Marlon Brando , and Robert Dewar. The film was released in the United States on August 15, 1979   . The film tells the story of the US military intelligence officer Captain Wilde was ordered to remove Colonel Kurz during the Vietnam War. After receiving the order, Wilde led a small team and ventured deep into Cambodia by boat   .

"Dunkirk" is a war mystery film produced by Sinkpie Pictures and published by Warner Bros. Pictures of the United States , directed by Christopher Nolan , Fionn Whitehead , Tom Glynn-Carney , Jack Lowden , Harry Edward Styles , Aneurin Barnard , James D' Leading the starring roles such as Arcy . The film was released in the United States on July 21, 2017, and in mainland China on September 1   . The film is adapted from the historical event of World War II " Dunkirk Retreat ", when 400,000 British and French forces were surrounded by enemy forces on Dunkirk's beach. Faced with the desperate situation of the enemy's approaching step by step, they had to fight back for their own destiny   . On March 5, 2018, the film won the 90th Academy Awards for Best Sound Editing, Best Sound Effects and Best Editing Awards   .

The film "The English Patient" is directed by Anthony Minghella CBE and is based on the novel of the same name by writer Philip Michael Ondaatje . The film is co-starred by Ralph Fiennes , Kristin Scott Thomas , Juliette Binoche and others. The film was released in the United States on November 6, 1996   . With war and desert as the background, the film interprets a love tragedy that spans time and space. During World War II, a British plane was shot down by the Germans while flying over the Sahara Desert . The pilot on the plane suffered burns to his face. The locals rescued him and sent him to the Allied Field Hospital. Because of the injury, the pilot lost his memory and couldn't remember who he was, so he could only be called "The English Patient".

"Unbroken" is an American war film directed by Catwoman, starring Jack O'Connell , Domhnall Gleeson , Miyavi , Garrett John Hedlund , Finn Witlock, Jai Courtney , and C.J. Valero , on December 25, 2014. Released in the United States. The film is adapted from a novel by Laura Hillenbrand and tells the story of Louis Zambellini, a descendant of Italy during World War II. 

"GI Jane" is a feature film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Demi Moore , Anne Bancroft and Viggo Mortensen . It was released in the United States on August 22, 1997. The film tells the story of O'Neill, a female soldier of the elite US Marine Corps, determined to complete the Marine Corps training. She broke through many obstacles, finally completed the training course, and won the respect of her fellow Marines   .

"Greyhound" is a war drama directed by Alan Schneider and starring Tom Hanks . The film will be launched on Apple TV+ on July 10, 2020. The film is based on the novel "The Good Shepherd" written by C·S·Forrester. It tells the story of a fleet led by Captain Ernest Klaus in the early days of World War II, escorting Allied ships across the sinister north. The Atlantic, the story of fighting heroically with German submarines at the same time   .

"Courage Under Fire" is an American movie directed by Ed Zwick and starring Denzel Hayes Washington Jr. and Margaret.Mary.Anne . It was released in North America on July 12, 1996.  This film is the first film on the theme of the Gulf War. It tells the story of a woman who died in a man’s war and Lieutenant Colonel Sellin traced the truth of the incident after returning to China. 

"Red Tails" is an action combat film produced by Lucasfilm Co., Ltd., directed by Anthony Hemingway , co-starring Terrence Dashon Howard , Tristan Paul Mack Wilds , Nate Piper, and David Oyelowo . The film was released in the United States on January 20, 2012   . The film tells the story of the first group of black American pilots who overcome racial restrictions and formed an experimental bomber escort.

"Valiant" is a comedy animated film directed by Gary Chapman and dubbed by Ewan McGregor , Hugh Laurie and others.  The film tells the story of the Second World War, after the German Army discovered the Allied Pigeon Reconnaissance Unit, it sent the eagle unit to stop and eliminate these pigeons. In the end, the righteous dove smashed the enemy's offensive and delivered the information to the allied forces in a timely manner.  The film was released in the UK on March 25, 2005. 

"Home of the Brave" is a war movie directed by Irwin Winkler and starring Samuel L. Jackson , Jesse , 50 Cent and Brian Presley . The film was released in North America on December 15, 2006. The film tells the battlefield experience of four American soldiers who participated in the Second Gulf War, and the story of how they healed their psychological trauma after returning to China.
