In this film, Van Wilde returns again, this time he will face the college that his grandparents studied together-the College Military Academy. And in this military academy, there is Principal Charles Layton, who has a feud with his father, who is ready to slap van Weald’s old humiliation, and Lieutenant Arnold and a group of Rayton commando fools and the principal are teaming up to make the entire campus Immersed in a strictly conservative atmosphere, no passion, no youth!
