"We" is obviously the work of a very ambitious director, and the influence of Rod Serling can be seen. There are turning points, irony, false endings, and a lot of jokes. It is a very powerful blow.
The film is scary enough. The less the audience knows and the less they think before entering the theater, the better the effect of watching the movie. The director uses some mysterious combination of imagination to induce the audience to think about the more infinite and deeper horror hidden behind the movie.
"We" has extremely high entertainment value. A film creator born as a comedian uses a big and fearless way to blend the serious and mindless elements extremely appropriately.
"We" is a great release full of comedy tension and psychological fear. It uses laughter as a weapon to remind the audience that laughter, screaming and thinking are not mutually exclusive.
"We" is a depressing gaze, a miracle of vision and technology. It is different from "Escape from the Dead Town" when you leave the theater with great stamina. "We" is the best visual presentation of the deep inner fear, which is irrational.

The setting of the whole story is very poor, and the narration and performance are also below the basic level. It is a pity that our film critics also desperately put money on it, calling it a modern fable.

For example, the castle in the sky is constructed twice after extracting the concept, and the Shura field is constructed in a carnival way. The skilled technology makes the film easier to watch but it does not really affect the texture of the image. In essence, it is still a divergent metaphor of over-design to barely justify itself. Perhaps it is in contrast with history, but it is difficult to form a truly profound dialogue just because of the attitude of looking at each other.

Us quotes

  • Gabe Wilson: Let's make some traps or something, like some 'Home Alone' type stuff. That way, if she comes...

Adelaide Wilson: Tell me you did not just reference 'Home Alone'.

Gabe Wilson: You know what I'm talking about.

Adelaide Wilson: Gabe. They've been planning this. They have the upper hand. This is the time to run, not to be sprinkling Micro Machines on the floor.

Jason Wilson: What are Micro Machines?

    Zora Wilson: What's 'Home Alone'?

  • Red: And to think, if it weren't for you... I never would've danced at all.
