Braden Lang (Matthew McConnell) is a college football star. He suffered an accidental knee injury. Braden had to end his honourable sporting career and made a living by doing part-time jobs. However, at this time, Braden discovered that he had an incredible talent: he could clearly predict the outcome of a football match. Well-known football investor and director of a large sports consulting company Walter Abraham (Al Pasino) has an extremely keen eye. At a glance, he saw that Braden’s ability can bring countless Interest, so he tried everything possible to persuade Braden to become a member of his own. Braden soon became a money worshiper at Walter's instigation, and he was stuck in the upper life of drunken gold fans, unable to extricate himself. He also quickly became a Manhattan golden boy-owning his own garage, casual checks, himself TV shows, enjoy maximum privileges, and live a luxurious life that ordinary people can’t imagine. The transaction with Water made Braden’s wallet fatten up quickly, but as time passed, Braden gradually became disgusted with the life under manipulation, and he began to want to break free from it.
