There are three stories from different eras in "Three Times", all adapted from real people and real events. The first part of the story contains the shadows of Hou Hsiao-hsien and his friends, the second part is taken from the anecdote of a certain politician's grandfather, and the third part is the true story of the daughter of Taiwanese artist Ai-Chen Tan MC Jin
. The behind-the-scenes production of the film is still the old team of Director Hou, such as Tien wen Chu , Huang Wenying , Mark Lee Ping-Bin and so on. Hou Hsiao-hsien tried a new breakthrough in "Three Times". In the second part of the story, there is a classical sentiment. There is no dialogue at all in this paragraph, and the characters' situational thoughts are expressed with condensed subtitles and narration
