After Stan Lee and Jack Kobe created other superheroes, they wanted to create a god, so Stan Lee started with Norse mythology, and "Thor" came into being. In 1962, they launched the "Thor" series of comics. With this hammer-wielding Nordic mythical character, they set off a new page of adventure action comics.
Director Kenneth Branagh grew up in Ireland, and he was fascinated by Thor, a superhero from mythology.
The award-winning screenwriter J. Michael Strasinski is very pleased that the film company chose to direct Kenneth Branagh to direct Thor. The film producer Kevin Fitch thinks it will Neath Branagh is best at adapting literary masterpieces into movies, and he is a talented storyteller.
Although "Thor" was adapted from a comic, the production team also referred to other literary works and Viking and Norse mythology, including the classic novel "Song of the Wanderers" by writer Herman Hesse.
