Simon Page stole the limelight and dwarfed other actors. He played a role that was worshipped by everyone when he was a teenager, but became a social failure when he became an adult. Pegg not only performed his embarrassment, but also acted moving.
Combining beer with the end of the world, nostalgia is mixed and very funny.
Sometimes it's boring, sometimes spicy, sometimes it makes people laugh so much that their stomach hurts, and often these three come at the same time. (
Compared to the previous two, "End of the World" is not so funny.
Although the first two models were very successful, Edgar White, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost bravely gave up their inherent routines, making this film always turn suddenly in unexpected places, the same Nervous.

The main team of "End of the World" is not only Simon Page, but also Nick Frost and director Edgar Wright. The three have worked together for many years. British comedy has its traditional irony and black humor, which is also vividly reflected in "The End of the World".
The success of "Blood and Ice Cream" lies in the crazy subversion of existing genres of movies, and at the same time it combines the cold humor of British comedy to form a weird and hilarious pattern. The first half an hour of the film seems to be completely out of bounds with sci-fi action movies. Simon's role is all ambitious, and even seeking to relive memories with childhood friends has been rejected. The film has very rich details to describe the personalities of the five men. In the end, the five people were deceived and pulled together by Simon, and they returned to the town to begin youthfulness. It looked like an inspirational and emotional movie. But after returning to the small town to start the tour of the tavern, the film started a big flip without warning. The audience and the protagonist suddenly accelerated into the rush of war against aliens.

The World's End quotes

  • Gary King: Tonight, we will be partaking of a liquid repast as we wind our way up the Golden Mile. Commencing with an inaugural tankard in The First Post, then on to The Old Familiar, The Famous Cock, The Cross Hands, The Good Companions, The Trusty Servant, The Two-Headed Dog, The Mermaid, The Beehive, The King's Head, and The Hole in the Wall for a measure of the same, all before the last bittersweet pint in that most fateful terminus, The World's End. Leave a light on good lady, for though we may return with a twinkle in our eyes, we will be in truth blind - drunk!

  • Gary King: And we're back! Just like the Five Musketeers!

Steven Prince: Three musketeers, wasn't it?

Peter Page: Four, if you count d'Artagnan.

Gary King: Well, nobody knows how many there were, really, do they, Pete? I mean, history's a sketchbook.

Oliver Chamberlain: You do know that "The Three Musketeers" is a fiction, right? Written by Alexandre Dumas?

Gary King: A lot of people are saying that about the Bible these days.

Steven Prince: What, that it was written by Alexandre Dumas?

Gary King: Don't be daft, Steve! It was written by Jesus! Anyway, five sounds much better. I think they missed a trick only having three 'cos if they'd had five then two could've died and they'd still have three left.

Andrew Knightley: Are we there yet?

    Gary King: Let's do this!
