The Unknown evaluation action

"The Unknown" this crazy circus melodrama is the iconic work of director Tod Browning and actor Lon Chaney  The whole movie is full of hints, symbols, and weird atmospheres. The protagonist in the film "the armless man" symbolizes Sigmund 's fear of castration-when people unconsciously feel that the limbs, eyes, and genitals of the "self" are in danger. When you are in the middle, you will create an alternative image that takes the danger instead of yourself. Director Tod Browning used the film to prove that he is a master of creating visual representations of these alternative images  , As if conducted a brilliant study of Abnormal Psychology  . However, the script of the film is somewhat like a plot script made by someone in a hurry.  .
