In 1989, 43 unrelated women all over the world gave birth to children without any signs of pregnancy. Among them, six children with superpowers and one child without superpowers were adopted by a rich man Hargreaves, and they were concentrated in the "Umbrella Academy" for education, hoping that one day they can save the world. However, after the family split, they also went their separate ways. Twenty years later, because of the death of Hargreaves, they reunited again, but obviously their relationship was not very harmonious, and a crisis was about to come.
