The first two were "The Dark Knight" (158 million) and "Spider-Man 3" (151 million). Although the film was only released in 25 countries, it earned 118 million at the box office on its first day of release, of which 18.7 million were in the UK, 13 million in Italy, 17 million in France, and 13.7 million in Spain.
