The film has a bit of crazy imagination and black humor, with many absurd but tender little details. It is an animated film that is very different from Disney's style.
The cartoon characters are funny and exaggerated, and they have European humor that is different from the American animation feature film; the extremely concise dialogue allows people to understand most of the plot through the screen
.
There is almost no dialogue in the whole film, but the plot and music are used to expand the plot. Although the story is not new, it feels a bit like a Hollywood thriller when I watch it. But the techniques used in the cartoons are intoxicating—imaginatively rich and delicate hand-painted styles, exaggerated characters, a dreamlike urban environment full of busy, disorder and desire, full of exaggerated and unexpected funny methods
.
The film is full of French imagination and sense of humor. There is little dialogue in the whole film. The story is told by the expressions and body language of the characters. The composition lines are simple and vivid, and the atmosphere is controlled and warm and full of joy. The beauty in the film alludes to Hollywood, where money worship prevails, and the singing performances of the three sisters are wonderful, especially the clips of them using living objects as musical instruments .
