The Public movie plot

The film tells the story of the sudden arrival of winter, and a cold air from the North Pole descended without warning and hit Cincinnati, a city in the southwestern state of Ohio, USA. Public library administrators and homeless people disagree about how to deal with extreme weather, some of whom shelter in libraries at night to protect themselves from the freezing cold outside. However, this initially modest act of resistance gradually turned into a stalemate. The police intervened in the investigation, the media chattered endlessly, and all parties continued to speculate on the truth of the matter in an attempt to restore the truth.
