An Iranian man Amandseparated from his wife for several years , at the request of his French wife Marie, returns to Paris to complete the divorce procedures for the two, preparing to end a nominal marriage. Originally, he asked Mary to book a hotel for him, but Mary insisted that he go home to live in, making him feel that there is a possibility of renewed love between the two. When they returned to the home of Mary and their two daughters on the outskirts of Paris, Amand found that Mary had a new love. An Iranian Samirruns a laundry shop has moved in with his son. She lives together.
After returning home, Armand gradually found that the relationship between Mary and her daughter was tense. The daughter couldn't forgive her mother for having a new relationship, and Mary was already pregnant. She was eager to go through the divorce procedures and wanted to remarry as soon as possible. During the heart-to-heart talks with his daughter, Amand learned that Samir's wife had become a vegetative because of an attempted suicide and had been living in a coma in the hospital.
